Tasty Smoothie!

I am having a tasty shake that I thought I would share.  Quick, easy, and on the go!  Also, one of the secrets to a great smoothie is frozen fruit.  I MUCH prefer the smoothie if all fruit involved has been frozen first.  It keeps the shake good and cold, without watering it down like too much ice can do.  Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie 2 scoops Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein Shake 8 oz.
