Join the New Year Challenge for direction, tips, and motivation for setting and attaining reasonable, manageable goals that can be added to as the year progresses. Areas of wellness that we will be tackling include nutrition and dieting detox, fitness, interpersonal and spiritual, and family life.
Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, and then the challenge packet with instructions and tracking sheets one to three days prior to the challenge start date!
This challenge is for teams of five and is $20 per team member. It will begin on Tuesday January 6th and go through Tuesday February 3rd.
