Join us for a FREE nutrition clinic for 2018 Cotton Row Runners!
In celebration of Triple Braided’s new space and Julie’s favorite Huntsville race, Triple Braided is offering the popular session “Nutrition for Runners” for FREE to all Cotton Row runners and any runners interested in fueling for performance.
You have three chances to take advantage of this offer!
On May 5th –Knock out your Saturday morning training run on the Cotton Row course and then join us at either 8am or 9am at the studio in Five Points— Or head over on Thursday May 17th at 6:30pm!
You will gain valuable nutrition tips for optimal training and performance. This is a great race and a tough one. Learn how to fuel yourself before, during, and after all training runs to set yourself up for the best race day possible.
