Ingredients:

 

1 package Jennie –O turkey tenderloin (I use the plain unseasoned one)

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season the meat

1 stick of butter

 

Any or all of the following:

2 celery ribs, cut in 2-3 inch chunks

1 onion, quartered

2 carrots, cut in big pieces or handful baby carrots

 

Directions:

 

1. Season the tenderloin, and place in the crockpot with the butter and remaining ingredients of your choice.

2. Cook on high for 2.5 – 3 hours.
