Group Wellness and Nutrition Programs

Start with an individual assessment and a personalized plan – then cover course curriculum in a friendly group setting that provides support, accountability and … fun. Pick your friends, pick your day and time and meet once a week for six weeks. Together,  we’ll cover nutrition, fitness and wellness topics while participating in weekly challenges that apply the lessons we’re learning.

Wellness Boot Camp

Do you have three or four friends or family members that would benefit from a personalized wellness and nutrition program? Get them together, choose from available time offerings, and we meet together once a week for six weeks. We cover a variety of nutrition, fitness, and wellness topics as well as to participate in some fun weekly challenges to help apply what we’re learning.

1 ½ hour meetings once a week for 6 weeks.

Group Wellness Programs

Choose from a variety of group programs offered at various times throughout the year. Sessions range from 4 to 8 weeks depending upon topic.  Recommended group size is 4-8.
