Craig Satterfeal and Tim Sieja in conjunction with Thrivent Financial are pleased to sponsor a Nutrition and Wellness workshop for all who are interested.


This is going to be an interactive, hands on workshop led and prepared by Registered Dietitian, Julie Satterfeal.  The program will center around a non-diet approach to wellness and Julie’s professional motto of Eat Well, Stay Fit, and Be Happy…concepts that are not mutually exclusive.


You will leave this program with three things you can do beginning today to dramatically improve your overall health, no matter where your starting place happens to be.  You will learn about, and gain tools to facilitate the process of lifelong wellness. 


This is a process that never ends, and everyone mindful of their health is on the continuum. During this program you will see that the process should feel good and empowering, and that you can be happy while also being your best!
